2-YEAR JAGUAR WARRANTY
The Jaguar Approved warranty is exclusively for cars under 5 years old that have covered less than 195,000 km at the time of purchase and is only available through an authorised Jaguar Retailer. This comprehensive coverage is the equivalent of a new car warranty. Using only genuine Jaguar parts, it covers repairs for sudden and unexpected mechanical or electrical failure and all labour is performed by our trained technicians. There are no limits to the number of claims that can be made, up to the purchase price of the car, and the warranty covers you for a minimum of two years. This is only available through an authorised Jaguar Retailer.
2-YEAR, 24/7 ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
Jaguar Assistance is a comprehensive assistance programme, designed specifically for Jaguar drivers to promote absolute peace of mind. The programme provides assistance in any motoring emergency, from immobilisation due to breakdown or accident, to minor emergencies such as a puncture or lost keys. All Jaguar Approved cars are covered for the entire duration of the warranty period with the Roadside Assistance Package*. This operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and includes home start, car hire, onward travel arrangements, car re-delivery, accommodation and an accident management service.*Covered countries only.
165-POINT INSPECTION
We have a checklist of 165 points of inspection in place that must be strictly followed. This guarantees your Approved Jaguar is in the best possible electrical and mechanical condition and its bodywork is pristine. Using the very latest technologies, tools and diagnostic equipment, our expert technicians carry out these checks with the utmost rigour. The inspection always includes paintwork, interior, a complete engine preparation, a road test and a final inspection before the car is personally signed off by one of our Jaguar technicians. All cars have to pass all 165 checks to become Jaguar Approved.

CERTIFIED MILEAGE AND HISTORY CHECK
All Jaguar Approved cars come with Verified Mileage and Certified Ownership History to ensure that there is no finance outstanding on the car and that it has not been stolen or written-off. This ensures that you drive away safe in the knowledge that your Approved Jaguar has a complete history and meets or exceeds your expectations.
ROAD TEST
Every car undertakes a road test, during which our technicians assess the unique performance characteristics of each car. For example, suspension, vibration, braking systems, engine performance, transmission and nine other specific areas are monitored to ensure peak performance. In short, it means your Approved Jaguar has the same exhilarating drive as a new vehicle.
INDEPENDENTLY INSPECTED
To maintain the high standards we set for ourselves and our Jaguar Approved Retailers, an independent inspection of our service, facilities and staff is regularly undertaken. This covers all aspects of the Approved Programme from a customer's perspective, including facilities and the cars themselves.
